Refund Policy for The Season Expedition:

Regular Cancellations:

• 1. One Month Before: If you cancel at least one month before the trip, you’ll get 50% of your deposit back (minus a 10%nonrefundable service charge). 
• 2. Less than a Month: If you cancel less than a month before the trip, no refund of the deposit will be given. 
• 3. Less than a Week: If you cancel less than a week before the trip, no refund on the full payment will be given. 
• 4. Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as the trip, no refund will be given. 

Note: For regular cancellations, refunds will be processed within10to 14 business days. 

Medical Cancellations:

1. Medical Reasons: If you cancel for a medical reason, you’ll
receive a 70% refund of the payment (minus a 10% nonrefundable service charge) as long as you provide a medical
certificate. 

Weather-related Cancellations: 

• Trip Canceled Due to Weather: If we cancel the trip due to bad
  weather, we offer:
• • An 80% refund if we’ve already bought food for the trip. 
  • A 90% refund if no food was bought, and payment was made online. 
  • Note: In both cases, a 10% non-refundable service charge
    applies. 
• Severe Weather Rescheduling: If the Coast Guard cancels the trip because of severe weather, we will reschedule within two days. If
  you decide to cancel during this time, no refund will be given. 
• Modified Itinerary During Trip: If bad weather arises during the trip, we may need to change the route or skip certain destinations for
  safety reasons. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for missed stops or modified routes. 
• Responsibility Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any hotel or
  flight rescheduling costs due to trip cancellations caused by bad weather.

Force Majeure
1. In rare cases where the expedition cannot continue for reasonsbeyond our control (such as natural disasters or government
restrictions), a partial or full credit for future travel will be
provided instead of a cash refund.

Service Charge:
1. A 10% service charge applies to all bookings and cannot berefunded under any circumstances.
